Chang＇an,the capital city in Tang Dynasty,the collective representation and concentration of the spiritual culture,a typical representative of the culture system in the heyday,a witness of the history of Chinese civilization.The brilliant poems provide us with vivid examples and remind us of good memory of Chang＇an and Tang Dynasty,thus,having become Chang＇an＇s cultural symbol over hundreds of thousands of years.This paper,starting with these very familiar Tang poems,tries to open a door to our memory,to recapture the romance of Chang＇an,to relive its beautiful landscape,life experience,capital city＇s splendor,unforgettable memory,departure and seclusion for the purpose of recalling the ancient Chang＇an＇s poetic and spiritual atmosphere.It is aimed at grasping the root of Chinese culture and carrying forward its spirit.
