The marshal of Jin Dynasty in the Spring and Autumn Period was called Zhong Jun Jiang in Chinese,who had great power in the battlefield and great influence in domestic politics.There were 20 marshals in Jin Dynasty and the replacement of them reflected the contradiction between the noblemen and the ministers,and the replacement always led to blood.So it is of great significance to have a better understand of the reasons,background and process of marshal replacement in Jin Dynasty for further study of its political atmosphere.
