摘要
采用文献分析、访谈法和调查法,对中小学体育教师职业认同结构的理论构想进行了研究。结果表明:中小学体育教师职业认同结构由:职业情感、物质保障、职业行为和环境支持构成的。
The research based on literature analysis and interviewing method and survey method.A theoretical dimension of elementary and secondary schools' physical education teachers' professional identity was constructed.The result indicates that: its construction contains professional emotion,physical security,professional behavior,environmental support.
