摘要 采用文献分析、访谈法和调查法,对中小学体育教师职业认同结构的理论构想进行了研究。结果表明:中小学体育教师职业认同结构由:职业情感、物质保障、职业行为和环境支持构成的。 The research based on literature analysis and interviewing method and survey method.A theoretical dimension of elementary and secondary schools＇ physical education teachers＇ professional identity was constructed.The result indicates that： its construction contains professional emotion,physical security,professional behavior,environmental support.
