摘要 采用酶学分析方法研究了温度和pH值对可口革囊星虫(Phascolosoma esculenta)肠道蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶活力的影响.结果表明:在5~65℃温度范围内,温度显著影响可口革囊星虫肠道中蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶的活力(P<0.01),蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶活力的最适温度分别为50℃,35℃,35℃和45℃.蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶活力测定的pH设定范围分别为5.6~10.4,4.4~9.2,2.4~9.2和2.4~9.2;在设定的pH范围内,pH显著影响可口革囊星虫肠道中四种酶的活力(P<0.01),蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶的最适pH值分别为9.6,7.6和7.2,纤维素酶的最适pH值为4.4和8.4. Effects of temperature and pH on the activities of protease,amylase,cellulase and lipase in testine of phascolosoma esculenta were studied by means of enzyme analyses.The results showed that temperature affected significantly the activities of protease,amylase,cellulase and lipase in testine of phascolosoma esculenta in 5~65 ℃ ranges.The optimum temperatures of protease,amylase,cellulase and lipase were 50 ℃,35 ℃,35 ℃ and 45 ℃,respectively.In our experiment,we designed the pH ranges for protease,lipase amylase,and cellulose were 5.6~10.4,4.4~9.2,2.4~9.2 and 2.4~9.2,respectively.The pH value affected significantly the activities of four digestive enzymes in testine of Phascolosoma esculenta in the designed pH ranges.The optimum pH of protease,amylase and lipase were 9.6,7.6 and 7.2,respectively.The optimum pH of cellulase were 4.4 and 8.4.
