摘要
在"5.12"汶川地震中,中小学教学楼的倒塌事故造成了较大的人员伤亡,给无数的家庭造成了灾难,为此我国拟用3年的时间在全国范围内开展中小学校舍的安全性、抗震性能鉴定与加固.其中我国早期建造的学生食堂、礼堂等空旷砌体房屋由于平面和体形的复杂性,其安全性和抗震性能鉴定难度较大.通过具体的单层空旷砌体房屋工程安全性及抗震鉴定实例,对该类房屋的抗震鉴定方法以及鉴定中应注意的问题进行了详细的分析,并结合相关规范提出了具体的抗震加固措施,可供类似工程鉴定及加固设计参考.
In 5.12 WenChuan earthquake,many collapsed accidents of the middle and primary school teaching buildings have caused a large amount of casualties.So we will use three years for the appraisal and strengthening of all the middle and primary school teaching buildings in our country.In early years,many spacious buildings such as student canteens and halls adapted the masonry structure,and this brings difficult for appraisal and strengthening of these buildings.Based on the examination and appraisal of a student canteen,this paper analyses the methods and critical points of appraisal of this kind of buildings.Moreover,some measures are proposed for the seismic strengthening,and this can be referred for the appraisal and strengthening design.
