摘要
喀拉塔格隧道由于膨胀土产生的膨胀与收缩会引起岩体结构破坏、强度丧失,导致围岩压力增大、初期支护变形,在施工过程中本着"短进尺、强支护、勤量测、速成环、快封底、紧衬砌"的施工原则,提高初支强度、加强监控量测,通过数据分析选取适当的沉降预留量,并及时总结施工经验,以保证隧道施工的安全及工程质量。
The rock mass structures of Kalatag Tunnel will be damaged and the strength will lose because of the expansion and contraction resulting from expansive soil,which will cause the increasing of surrounding rock pressure and the deformation of initial support.According to the construction principle of "short footage,strong support,frequent measuring,fast ring closing,rapid bottom sealing,and compact lining",the strength of initial support is increased and the monitoring measurement is enhanced.The suitable settlement reservation amount is chosen through data analysis,and the construction experience is summarized to ensure the constructing safety and project quality of the tunnel.
