摘要
用同位素稀释质谱法测定高纯物中或植物样品中8种微量稀土元素Ce,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Dy,Er和Yb,讨论干扰和分馏偏差校正.该法精密度好于1%,检出限小于2.3×10^(-9)g,准确度优于±5%.
In this paper, the detcrminaiion of 8 trace RE elements - Ce, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Er and Yb, in pure materials or plant samples by IDMS is described. Corrections of interference and fractionation are discussed. For this method, the reproducibility is better than 1% , sensitivity is better than 2.3X10-9g, accuracy better than 5%.
