川产道地药材川明参的研究进展

Research Progress of Chuanmingshen Violaceum

川明参是四川道地药材,作为我国特有的单种属植物,资源丰富,应用广泛。川明参为一药食同源的中药,不仅药用,而且在民间常作为滋补品、菜肴等食用,故具有相当高的药用和食用价值。但从目前的研究报道来看,对其开发利用的程度相对较低。该文根据近年来的文献报道,对川明参本草学考证、化学成分、药理作用以及开发现状、应用前景等进行综合介绍,旨在为大力开发利用川明参提供思路。

As a unique monotypic genera plant in China,Chuanmingshen violaceum is an authentic herb with rich resource and wide application in Sichuan.It is a medicinal and edible herb which is popularly used in China,but is not deeply developed due to the references.This paper reviewed its development from herbalism,chemical constitutents,pharmacological action,present development and utilization prospect according to the latest literatures,and aimed to strengthen the awareness of the herb value and provide ideas for its development.
