摘要
目的建立测定外用生物黏附剂中辛苯醇醚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用岛津VP-ODS型色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(90∶10),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长276 nm。结果辛苯醇醚进样量在1.02~24.48μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.06%,RSD为1.14%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法灵敏、准确、快速,重现性好,可用于外用生物黏附剂中辛苯醇醚的含量测定。
Objective To establish a content determination method of octoxynol-9 in biological adhesive for external use by HPLC.Methods The Shimadzu VP-ODS chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of methanol-water(90 ∶10) and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detecting wavelength was 276 nm.Results The calibration curves were linear within the range of 1.02-24.48 μg(r=0.999 6).The average recovery rate was 99.06%,RSD was 1.14%(n=6).Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,rapid and reproducible,which can be used for the determination of octoxynol-9 in biological adhesive for external use.
