甲钴胺联合手术治疗上肢周围神经卡压综合征43例

Clinical Observation of Methylcobalamin Combined with Surgery Treatment on Upper Limb Peripheral Nerve Entrapment Syndrome

目的探讨局部应用甲钴胺联合手术治疗上肢周围神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法对86例上肢周围神经卡压综合征患者实施神经松解手术后,随机均分为联合甲钴胺治疗组(治疗组)和单纯手术治疗组(对照组),治疗组加用甲钴胺注射液0.5mL局部隔日肌肉注射,连续4周。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90.70%,明显优于对照组的76.74%(P<0.01)。结论采取手术松解受压神经联合甲钴胺治疗上肢周围神经卡压综合征,效果满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methylcobalamin partially applicated and combined with surgery treatment on upper limb peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome.Methods Eighty-six upper limb peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome patients were treated with neurolysis,and then divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were intramuscularly given methylcobalamin injection 0.5 mL partially,once every 2 d for 4 weeks.Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The effect of neurolysis surgery combined with methylcobalamin treatment on the upper limb peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome was satisfied.
