摘要
分析地下商业建筑防火设计的现状和难点,结合平面布局,对比不同规范对地下建筑防火措施的要求,提出在仓储、卸货、附属办公等功能区域和商业空间之间采取不开设门窗洞口的防火墙分隔,合理运用下沉广场和防火隔间,防火分区距离下沉式广场安全区出口最近边缘的水平距离不应小于13 m,地下商店等和地铁站厅之间应以通道形式相连,地下商业步行街的商铺应形成独立的防火单元抑制火灾蔓延等建议。
The present status and difficulties of fire protection design of underground commercial were analyzed.Some suggestion were put forward based on the analysis of plan layout and compare of different codes,such as： install fire wall without window to separate warehouse,unload area and office area from commercial space;use the sunken plaza and fire lobby rationally;the horizontal distance between nearest edge of exit of safety area in the sunken plaza to fire department should less than 13 m;the underground store should connect the metro station with channel;stores on Pedestrian Street underground should be a independent fire unit to inhibit the spread of smoke,etc.
