摘要
在安全检查、通信等领域有重要应用的太赫兹波技术中,对无源器件的研究较为薄弱。为了设计实现该频段的多带无源器件,采用电响应Metamaterial及等效电路模型理论,通过双谐振结构仿真研究,得到几何参数对双谐振器件谐振性质影响的变化规律,并首次提出一种工作在THz频段的电响应三谐振Metamaterial结构设计。经过优化,得到一个具有强谐振且各谐振点分隔很好的Metamaterial结构。
The terahertz wave technology plays an important role in security check and communication etc, but the re- search on the passive devices is relatively weak. In order to achieve the purpose of designing multi-band passive devices in terahertz band, grounded on electric response Metamaterial and equivalent circuit model theory, a dual-resonant terahertz Metamaterial structure is simulated and analyzed in order to find the relation between geometrical parameters and resonant characteristics of the double resonant devices. A triple-resonant terahertz electric response Metamaterial is proposed and opti- mized for the first time based on the dual-resonant Metamaterial design. The optimized Metamaterial has three distinguished and strong resonance in the transmission spectra.
