摘要 微波开关是微波控制电路中的基本部件,是实现在各种恶劣环境和特定的空间内将微波信号进行切换的特定功能元件,它在雷达、电子对抗、微波通信、卫星通信以及微波测量等方面有着广泛的应用。在此通过合理的电路布局和结构设计,结合微组装工艺,实现了在3~12GHz范围内,插入损耗小于3.2dB,隔离度大于70dB,整体尺寸小于20mm×15mm×10mm的一种宽带小型化SPDT开关。 Microwave switch can switch microwave signals in the microwave communication equipments, who is one of the most important components in the electronic equipments, such as radar, microwave communication, satellite communication and microwave measurement. A design method of miniaturized broadband single pole double throw (SPDT) switch is presented, in which the rational layout and structure of the circuit, and the micro-assembly technology are used to realize the context of 3-12 GHz. The insertion loss of this switch is less than 3.2 dB, the isolation degree of this switch is greater than 70 dB, and the overall size of this switch is less than 20 mm× 15 mm)×10 mm.
