临床护士基础护理操作考试前焦虑心理调查 被引量:7

Investigation and Analysis on the Anxiety Status of the Clinical Nurses before the Examination of Basic Nursing Procedures

摘要 目的了解临床护士在进行基础护理操作考试前的焦虑状况,为护理管理者对护士心理行为进行管理提供理论依据。方法采取自评式问卷调查法,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查323名临床护士(三基考试对象)基础护理操作考试1周前的心理状态,并进行比较分析。结果该组护士SAS焦虑自评标准分显著高于我国常模水平(P<0.01);编制不同,其焦虑水平不同,聘用护士焦虑标准分高于编内护士,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);5年以下护龄护士的焦虑标准分明显高于5年以上护龄护士(P<0.01);相比内科,外科系统护士焦虑程度更重(P<0.01)。结论临床护士在进行基础护理操作考试前普遍存在明显的焦虑心理,管理者应该在重视成绩同时关注其心理动态,采取切实有效的措施,提高其心理应激能力。 Objectlve To investigate the anxiety status of the clinical nurses before the examination of basic nursing procedures,and provide theoretical basis for managing psychological behavior of nurses. Methods A questionnaire survey on anxiety status was conducted in 323 nurses one week before the examination of basic nursing procedures by using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS). Results The anxiety level in the nurses was higher than that of the normal group in China(P 〈 0.01 ), moreover, nurses who were contracted nurses ,junior nurses and surgical nurses showed higher level of anxiety than that of registered nurses, senior nurses and physician nurses respectively ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Anxiety was prevalent among nurses before the exami- nation of basic nursing procedures. The nursing-managers should pay close attention to both test scores and the mental health of those nurses and take effective measures to improve their psychological stress abilities.
