护理工作是ICU工作的重要组成部分,在护理工作中任何一个细小环节的失误均可给患者造成不必要的损害。为了提高ICU护理的水平,找出护理中存在的问题。本文将对ICU患者在护理过程中所存在的一些不安全因素进行综述,寻找易被忽视的不安全因素的形成条件,及时洞察可能引起患者伤害的各种因素,从而给护理工作者以启迪,提高她们对护理中不安全因素的预见性,以便有针对性地采取预防措施,防患于未然。希望广大护理工作者不断提高对不安全因素的识别和评估能力,正确分析所存在的不安全因素,做到防微杜渐,真正体现护理行为中的安全保障。提高其应对能力,使护理工作更科学化、制度化、规范化、标准化,切实做到为患者提供安全、放心、满意的优质护理服务。

Nursing was an important part of ICU and it tended to cause the unnecessary harms to patients due to any tiny neglect in its process. In order to enhance ICU nursing level and find out the remained problems in nursing,this article aimed to summarize some unsafe factors in the process of patents nursing in ICU ,located the conditions which foster the mentioned unsafe factors and were easily ignored, apperceive various possible factors bringing about the harm to patents so as to give them some edifications to enhance their foreseability over the unsafe factors in nursing and take the pertinent preventive measures to eliminate the disasters before occurring. It is significant for nurses to improve their identification and evaluation of the unsafe factors continuously, analyze such existing problems correctly to be precautious beforehand, fulfill the safe guarantee and coping ability in nursing authentically, realize the scientific, institutionalized, systematic, normalized and standardized nursing and provide patents with thesafe, relived, satisfied and top quality services indeed.
