肝癌介入治疗的临床观察与全程护理

Clinical Observation and Whole Process Nursing in Interventional Therapy of Liver Cancer

目的总结经导管动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗中晚期肝癌的全程护理方法和效果。方法 150例中晚期肝癌患者,术前给予心理疏导,充分术前准备后,均采用经导管动脉化疗栓塞术进行介入治疗,术中严密观察生命体征和症状的变化,并及时配合医生处理相关并发症,术后24h严密监测生命体征变化、穿刺点情况,及时观察和处理腹痛、恶心呕吐、发热等症状,进行全程跟踪护理。结果中晚期肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞术前、术中、术后,经过全方位细致入微的护理,使患者伤口愈合率达到100%,无一例严重并发症发生,大大提高了介入手术的成功率,减轻了患者的痛苦,提高了患者的生活质量。结论经导管动脉化疗栓塞术治疗中晚期肝癌是一种创伤小、疗效佳的新方法,有效的术前、术中、术后护理是保证疗效的关键。

Objective To Summarize the nursing methods and effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolizatlon treatment .of middle-late Liver Cancer. Methods Giving psychological counseling before interventional therapy, Fully period ＂after the preoper~ ative preparation, 150 cases of liver cancer patients were adopted by TACE. Giving close observation of the signs and symptoms of life during TACE, and handling the processing associated complications timely with doctors. Close monitoring vital signs, puncture point in observation after 24 hours and treatment of the symptom such as abdominal pain, fever, nausea and vomiting, On follow-up care： Results Through comprehensive nuanced nursing in preoperation and perioperation and posloperation of Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization treatment of middle-late Liver cancer,we can make patient wound healing rate reach 100% ,and no com- plications, greatly improving the rate of intervention therapy, alleviate the pain of patients, improve the quality of life of the patients. Conclusion Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization treatment of middle-late Liver cancer is a small trauma, better effect of the new method, the effective preoperative and perioperative and postoperative nursing is the key to guarantee curative effect.
