螺压机污泥脱水系统的设计及应用

摘要 设计了螺压机污泥脱水系统的工艺流程及设备组成,分析了各设备的结构原理和技术特点,对絮凝剂药液制备及投加装置、混合絮凝反应设备、净水供应设备、电控装置等设备进行配套设计。在辽化动力厂450号装置、中阳钢铁有限公司90万t焦化项目等企业的实际应用表明,螺压机污泥脱水系统具有高效、节能、环保、自动化程度高、可长期连续稳定运行等特点。 Sludge dewatering system processes and equipment components of the screw press machine were studied for improving sludge dewatering performance. The structural principle of equipment and technical features were analyzed, the device about flocculants solution preparation and dosing, mixed flocculation reaction equipment, and purified water supply equipment were designed as well as electric control. The practical applications, such as 450 # device of Liaohua utility plant, 900 thousands tons coking project of Zhongyang Steel Co., Ltd were introduced. The experiment indicated that the sludge dewatering system of the screw press machine in the cases had good characteristics: high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, high automation, long-term continuous stable operation.
