胃食管反流病中医病机研究近况

Review on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in pathogenesis on gastroesophageal reflux disease

胃食管反流病是常见的上消化道动力障碍性疾病。近年来对其中医病机的研究较多,本文从脏腑辨证、标本虚实、证型规律、体质因素等方面对各家的中医病机观点做一综述。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD）is a common disease in dyskinesis of upper gastrointestinal tract.In recent years,many studies have been done to explore the pathogenesis of GERD in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper reviews the research progress of it from several aspects,such as zang-fu differentiation of symptoms and signs,appearance substance and deficiency excess,regularity of syndrome type and body constitution factors.
