针刺内关穴对急性轻度缺氧健康志愿者心脏功能的影响

Effect of acupuncturing Neiguan on heart function of volunteers with acute mild hypoxia

目的观察针刺内关穴对急性轻度缺氧健康志愿者心脏功能的影响。方法在通过吸氧面罩吸入低氧混合气体(14%O2,86%N2)条件下,电针左侧内关穴,采用血液动力学监护仪记录心输出量、心脏指数、外周血管阻力、外周血管阻力指数在针刺前后的变化。以空白对照、内关左右各旁开1.5～2cm位点及手三里穴为对照。结果电针内关穴能显著降低急性轻度缺氧所致的心输出量、心脏指数升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),电针过程中外周血管阻力、外周血管阻力指数显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论针刺内关穴对调整缺氧状态下心脏功能具有一定的特异性。

Objective To observe the effects of acupuncturing pericardium meridian on heart function of volunteer with acute mild hypoxia.Methods Under the condition of inhaling low-oxygen gas mixture,cardiac output（CO）,cardiac index（CI）,systemic vascular resistance（SVR）and systemic vascular resistance（SVRI）were measured with ICG Monitor when electric acupuncture was used.Results The level of CO and CI were significantly cut down when needling Neiguan（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.And SVR,SVRI were significantly increased（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture on Neiguan can improve the body toleration through depressing the level of CO and SV induced by acute mild hypoxia.
