摘要
激光扫描共聚焦显微术因其具有成像分辨率高,可实现对活性细胞动态定量测量及三维重建等优势,用于中药与天然药诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究中,包括以下几个方面:肿瘤细胞细胞核变化观察;细胞内钙离子浓度测定;线粒体膜电位测量;凋亡相关基因表达等。
Laser scanning confocal microscopy is characterized for high imaging resolution,noninvasive dynamic measurement and 3D imaging function analysis.It is the preferred technology in anti-tumor mechanism research of Traditional Chinese Medicines and natural medicines.The applications of LSCM include several aspects,such as morphologic observation of tumor cell nucleus,determination of intracellular Ca^2＋ density,mitochondria membrane potential and expressions of apoptosis associated gene.
