白及三七混剂对门脉高压性胃病大鼠模型血小板功能的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Mixing Praeparatum of Hyacinth Bletilla and Panax Notoginseng on Platelet Function of Rat Model of Portal Hypertensive Gastropathy

摘要 目的观察白及三七混剂对门脉高压性胃病(PHG)大鼠模型血小板功能的影响。方法 SD大鼠40只,根据随机数字表分为假手术组、模型组、白及三七混剂组和云南白药组,每组10只,分别采用相应的造模及治疗,采取血样进行血浆中血小板4因子(PF4)和可溶性P-选择素(SPS)的酶联免疫法定量测定。结果白及三七混剂组与云南白药组大鼠血浆中PF4和SPS的含量明显升高(P﹤0.01);但两组在升高PF4和SPS的含量无明显差异。结论白及三七混剂可明显升高PHG大鼠血浆中PF4和SPS的含量,说明该药能够提高血小板活化功能,改善PHG时血小板凝血功能。 Objective:To observe the influence of mixing praeparatum of hyacinth bletilla and panax notoginseng on platelet function of rat model of portal hypertensive gastropathy.Methods: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups including the sham-operation group,the model group,the mixing praeparatum group and the Yunnan white group with 10 rats in each group.After corresponding measures,the Platelet factor 4(PF4) and the P-Selectin(SPS) of plasma were detected by the enzyme linked immunoassay method in these groups.Results: In the mixing praeparatum group and the Yunnan white group,the PF4 and the SPS were increased significantly.However,there was no difference between these two groups in the PF4 and the SPS levels.Conclusion: The mechanism of that the mixing praeparatum of hyacinth bletilla and panax notoginseng can obviously increase the content of PF4 and SPS in blood plasm of the rat of portal hypertensive gastropathy is increasing the platelet mobilizing function and improving the blood clotting function.
