摘要
以数值积分原理为依据,通过将渣浆泵蜗壳断面规则划分为微矩形后计算各微面积的流量再求和,并将该值与一临界流量值比较,以逐次逼近方法计算各断面的几何尺寸,最终获得计算断面满足给定流动要求的形状。本文还给出了两种蜗壳几何断面的计算原则和数值积分过程,计算收敛的断定及循环方法,为设计人员确定渣浆泵蜗壳几何尺寸提供精确求解的新依据。
Based on numerical integration theorem,the authors of this paper described a novel program to determine the geometry of the sections for a slurry pump volute.In the new approach,each section is divided into numerous differential rectangularities and their flow rates are calculated in line with constant speed momentum.By comparing the sum of differential discharges with a specified flow rate,the section geometry can be determined in a trail-and-error way.The paper described calculating principles and numerical integration processes for two types of sections with different geometries.Results presented in this paper will provide engineers with new means to find exact dimensions of slurry pump volutes.
