摘要
针对龙门加工中心产品设计中缺少部件及整机刚度参考值问题,通过对一种龙门加工中心的模型设计进行COSMOSXpress有限元分析和计算,获得了机床主要部件的静刚度参数,在此基础上求解了整机加工刚度参数K和整机部件的刚度分配比例ε。刚度参数为龙门加工中心的刚度设计提供了定量参考,求解过程为同类机床的刚度分析提供了一种简捷可行的方法。
According to scarcity of stiffness in production design of gantry frame machining center, a type of this machining center was analysed with COSMOSXpress FEM and with computation to acquire the static stiffnesses of machine' s main components. Based on those stiffnesses, the stiffness K of machine and ra- tio e of component' s stiffness were seeked. Those stiffness parameters provided confirmable consult for gantry frame machining center design. The process gives a simple method for the same type machine tool's stiffness analysis.
