摘要
以航空发动机某一级叶片型面的测量为例,基于样板法设计了一种空间型面测具,对设计过程和主要部件进行了论述。该测具将叶片的空间型面转换在二维平面进行测量,使用和调整方便,设计精度满足检测要求。样板的理论型线用三次B样条函数构造,推导了曲线拟合控制点的求解方程组。
A measuring tool for the blade profiles of an aircraft engine is presented. The design project is based on the templet method. The designing procedure and the main parts of the measuring tool are given. The space profile of blades is transformed into the 2-D planes to be measured by the designed tool. The measuring process of the space profiles gets simple and convenient. The precise satisfies the measuring requirements. The theoretic profile curve of templets is constructed by the cube B-spline function. The systems of equations are deduced for obtaining the controlled points.
