摘要
介绍三菱数控系统的FCUA-CT100通讯终端一例硬件故障诊断与维修过程。通过观察、互换、加压功能测试、静态电阻测试等方法逐步缩小故障范围,把故障定位到元件级,最终实现了元件级维修。
This paper introduces an example of hardware fault diagnosis and maintenance on MITSUBISHI FCUACT100 communication terminal. Through observation, exchange, voltage force functional testing, static resistance testing methods of fault diagnosis, the narrow scope of fault is located to component level , and finally achieve the component level maintenance.
