摘要
针对异步电动机轻载运行效率低的缺点,阐述了异步电动机降压节能的原理。基于模糊控制算法开发了电动机轻载降压节能试验系统,克服了传统调压控制方法对电动机数学模型的依赖。阐述了系统的结构和软、硬件的实现过程。实验室测试结果表明,该方法在电动机轻载运行时起到了良好的节能效果。
To the disadvantage that induction motor has lower operational efficiency with light-loading, the paper analyzes the energy-conserving principle by step-down. A light-loading energy saving test system of in duction motor is developed based on fuzzy control algorithm which overcomes the dependence of traditional method to mathematical model. The system structure, hardware and software implementation process are described. Laboratory test results show that better energy-conserving effect is obtained in light -loading.
