摘要
从CFTEC发动机的背景开始介绍,然后依次探讨、分析缸体生产线的特点和工艺流程,再分析缸孔的珩磨工艺和曲轴孔的铰珩工艺,体现了从福特公司引进的缸体生产线的工艺特色,最后讲述了缸体生产线将来的工艺发展趋势。
The paper firstly describes the background of CFTEC engine, secondly discusses and analyzes the features of cylinder block machining line and processing flow, then analyzes the honing technology of cylinder bore, and reaming-honing technology of crank bore . So that the paper exhibits the features of cylin der block roaching line which was introduced from Ford company. Finally the developing trend of cylinder block technology is presented.
