腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术72例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 72 cases with retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst

目的探讨腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的术中处理要点和疗效。方法对72例肾囊肿患者经腰部腹膜后入路行腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术。结果 69例手术成功,3例转为开放性手术。术后住院3～7d,平均5.3d。术后随访3个月～3年,无囊肿复发。结论腹膜后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿疗效确切、创伤小、恢复快,是治疗单纯性肾囊肿的首选方法。

Objective To probe into the indications of retroperitoneoscopic operatio n of simple cyst of the kidney（ROSCK） and observe the postoperational effect.Methods From January 2006 to December 2009,We operated on 72 patients by ROSCK.Results 69 cases were successful.3 case was converted to lumbotomy.The shortest post operative hospital stay was 3 days,the longest was 7 days,the mean was 5.3 days.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst is effective with the advantages of small incision and quick recovery.It can serve as the first choice for the treatment of renal cyst.
