脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸的增龄性变化 被引量:7

The change of homocysteine in serum with cerebral infarction patients along with age

摘要 目的通过对1158例脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)测定结果的临床分析,探讨HCY测定的增龄性变化。方法应用日立7170A全自动生化分析仪测定神经内科脑梗死患者血清HCY浓度。结果各年龄阶段间HCY血清浓度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),45岁以下HCY阳性率为24.4%,45岁以上HCY阳性率为18.8%,阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),50岁以下HCY阳性率为23.5%,50岁以上HCY阳性率为18.5%,阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性HCY血清浓度、阳性率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高HCY血症可发生于各年龄阶段,并有年轻化趋势;男性血清HCY浓度和高HCY血症阳性率均高于女性。细胞内HCY代谢障碍时血清HCY浓度增高,易诱发脑血管疾病,因此,有必要对高危人群进行动态监测,建议纳入健康体检范畴。 Objective Determine the level of homocysteine in serum with 1158 cerebral infarction patients to investigate the clinical significance of serum homocysteine determine,analysing the change of homocysteine in serum along with age.Methods Analysing the level of homocysteine in serum with cerebral infarction patients in the neurology depertment of Xuanwu hospital using Hitachi 7170A Biochemical Analyzer.Resluts There was no significance difference amoung the different age groups(P0.05).The positive incidence of hyperhomocysteinemia was 24.4%with patients younger than 45 years old,and was with 18.8% patients older than 45 years old,and there was significance difference between two groups(P0.05).The positive incidence of hyperhomocysteinemia was 23.5%with patients younger than 50 years old,and was 18.5%with patients older than 45 years old,and there was significance difference between two groups(P0.05).Both the serum level of homocysteine and the positive incidence of homocysteine of male patients were significance higher than that in female patients(P0.01).Conclusion It was demonstrated that the hyperhomocysteinemia can happen in each age group,and both the serum level of homocysteine and the positive incidence of homocysteine of male patients were significance higher than that in female patients.The hyperhomocysteinemia may lead to cerebrovascular disease.It was essential to monitor the level of serum homocysteine in high risk population and physical examination.
