摘要
目的探讨磁共振弥散加权成像对肾功能状态评价的应用价值,研究表观弥散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)与肾功能状态的关系。方法对47例健康或有肾脏疾病者行常规磁共振及弥散加权成像,其中正常组15例、慢性肾脏疾病患者32例。对纳入人群行磁共振弥散加权成像后得到ADC值。使用SPSS12.0统计分析软件对所得数据进行统计分析。结果与正常组ADC值相比,CKD组的ADC值均明显降低;CKD组的ADC值与肌酐清除率呈正相关关系,与血肌酐水平轻度负相关,但无统计学意义。结论磁共振弥散加权成像是一个无创性的新技术,在此基础上得到的ADC值可能成为一新的评价肾功能的指标,且对于早期肾脏疾病的诊断,有较好的敏感性。
Objective To explore the application of Diffusion-Weighted MR imaging(DWI) in renal disease and to determin the relationship between the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) and renal function.Methods 47 persons were included finally,in which there were 15 healthy,32 patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD),We got the ADC values through DWI,and measured the level of Scr and calculate the Ccr.At last,using the SPSS12.0 software to analyse the data we got.Results The renal ADC values of patients with chronic kidney diseases were substantially decreased with the normal value,for CKD patients,there was a positive correlationship between the renal ADC values and the clear creatinine rate(Ccr),and also the ADC values had a slight negtive correlationshio with the serum creatinine level,but there was on stastic significance.Conclusion DWI is a new nonivasine techique.ADC obstained on this basis,magbe become a new indicators for evaluating renal functon,and ADC has better sensitivity for diagnosis the nenal diseasee.
