Now in China, some high quality furniture and floor board made of hard wood had been used for years, most of hard wood is imported from America and Europe, some from Southeast Asia, only a small part from Africa. This paper is trying to discuss the feasibility of establishing a sawmill in Capon. After analysis and calculation of the project, we got a conclusion that the project is feasible, within five years, under investment of 1. 8 million USD, it can earn 1.31 million USD per year, and annual income rate is high as 89%.
