摘要
自燃火灾是煤矿的重大自然灾害之一,严重地影响着煤矿的正常生产。预防自燃火灾的关键是做好煤炭自然发火的早期预测预报工作。煤自然发火预测预报主要采用气体分析法,通过煤的升温氧化实验,确定煤自然发火预测预报的指标气体,运用灰色关联分析方法,分析了各指标气体的可信度。根据分析结果,构建了指标气体与煤氧化温度变化之间的数学模型,在此基础上,开发了煤自然发火的预测预报系统。
Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the most serious natural disasters in coal mines, it seriously affects the normal production of a mine. The early prediction of spontaneous combustion is vital for preventing spontaneous combustion of coal seam. Gas analysis method was mainly used for the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion, the indicator gases for the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion were determined through coal heating and oxidizing experiments; the confidence of the indicator gases was analyzed with gray correlation analysis method. According to experimental data and analyzing results, a mathematic model for indicator gas and coal temperature was constructed. Based on this, a prediction system for coal spontaneous combustion was developed.
