系统性红斑狼疮病人并发真菌感染的观察及护理

Observation and nursing care of systemic lupus erythematosus patients complicating with fungal infection

[目的]总结系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)病人并发真菌感染的观察及护理。[方法]回顾性分析63例SLE并发真菌感染病人的临床资料。[结果]521例住院SLE病人发生真菌感染6 3例,发生率为12.1%;感染类型主要为白色念珠菌,其次为光滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌及克柔念珠菌等;感染部位以口腔最常见,其次为消化道、肺部、泌尿道及中枢神经系统。[结论]SLE病人易并发真菌感染,且以口腔感染发生率较高,应采取针对性的护理措施。

Objective： It summarized the observation and nursing care of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） patients complicating with fungal infection.Methods： Clinical data of 63 SLE patients complicating with fungal infection were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among totally 521 hospitalized SLE patients,63 cases had complicated with fungal infection,the occurrence rate was 12.1%.Main types of fungi included candida albicans infections,followed by candida glabrata,candida tropicalis and Candida krusei and so on.The most common infection site was oral cavity,followed by digestive tract,lung,urinary tract and central nervous system.Conclusion： SLE patients is prone to complicating with fungal infection.And oral cavity infections among SLE patients had a higher incidence rate.One should take some corresponding nursing care measures.
