宁泌泰联合特拉唑嗪或吲哚美辛栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察宁泌泰联合特拉唑嗪或吲哚美辛栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为2组,给予口服宁泌泰胶囊(每次4粒,每天3次)联合特拉唑嗪片(每次2mg,每晚睡前服1次)或吲哚美辛栓(每次1枚,每晚1次)塞肛治疗,疗程1月;采用美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)积分作为疗效评价依据。结果两组治疗前后NIH-CPSI积分自身配对比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);宁泌泰联合特拉唑嗪组总有效率为88.71%,宁泌泰联合吲哚美辛组总有效率为87.93%,两组疗效差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论宁泌泰与特拉唑嗪或吲哚美辛栓联合治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎,疗效均满意。
