影像中的“父子”叙事与隐喻——对电影《马背上的法庭》的解读

The Mode of "Father and Son" and Its Metaphors in the Film:Interpreting the "Courthouse on the Horseback"

剧情片《马背上的法庭》运用纪录式叙述风格与唯美式的镜头语言,讲述了中国边远乡村一个司法实践故事。在"父子"形象的建构、冲突和潜在的主题逻辑运作中,影片既完成了一段有头有尾的影像叙事,又放大了边远乡村"朝圣"司法的现代主流意识。整部影像创造了一个独特的叙事时空和人物关系,在南国的山路绵延中,传统的西方俄狄浦斯情结也发生了一次悄然移位。"父子"叙事模式力图通过父子间的默契或对抗来进行影片情节安排、表现人物性格和提升审美特质,这种以"父子"为核心的家庭谱系也可以作为一种镜像来安置多种文本秩序,创造一种隐喻效果。

Abstract：＂Courthouse on the Horseback＂ described some stories about rural judicial practice in Yunnan Province of China, by means of documentary style and aesthetical camera language. Thus, in accordance with theories of cultural studies and psychoanalysis, this film completed a period of image narrative and magnified the mainstream ideology of judicial in the remote villages. The whole image created a unique narrative of time and space, as well as the characters relations. Along with the stretch of mountain road in South China, the traditional Oedipus plot had a quiet shift. The movie narrative of ＂Father and son＂ tries to arrange the film content, express the person character and promote the aesthetic characteristics by presenting the agreement and confrontation between father and son. This kind of narrative mode can act as a mirror to set various text order and create some metaphor effect.
