摘要
研究了利用硫化亚铁做还原剂处理废旧干电池制取硫酸锰(MnSO4)的实验原理、工艺流程及实验条件。实验结果表明:硫酸浓度和还原剂的用量对反应影响很大。获得了以硫化亚铁为还原剂制取硫酸锰的最佳反应条件:当硫酸用量为15mL,反应温度70℃,硫化亚铁用量为0.8g和反应时间3h时,硫酸锰的产率可达80%以上。
Experimental principle,technological process and conditions were studied on producing manganese sulfate with ferrous sulfide as reductant for treating waste Zn/Mn dry battery.The results showed that sulfuric acid concentration and amount of ferrous sulfide affect the reaction remarkably.It was concluded that the optimal reaction conditions for producing manganese sulfate were:sulfuric acid of 15 mL,the ferrous sulfide of 0.8 g,reaction time of 3 hours at 70 ℃ and the recovery rate of manganese sulfate over 80%.
