摘要 针对微电阻率成像测井仪的特点,设计了一种基于PWM方式的正弦信号发射源。该系统以PIC单片机为主控芯片,并利用其产生的PWM信号,经半桥功率放大,低通滤波,最后由变压器输出正弦波,为微电阻率成像测井提供信号激励源。实验结果表明,正弦波幅度满足采集电路要求,信噪比满足数据处理电路要求。发射电路已成功运用于实际仪器中,取得了良好的应用效果。 In this paper,a sine wave transmitter source based on PWM source was designed according to the features of micro-resistivity imaging logging.PIC microprocessor is used as the master control chip of the system.After amplified by half-bridge power amplifier and filtered by low-pass filter,the PWM signal produced by the PIC chip is exported as sine wave by a transformer.The sine wave voltage is used as the driving source for micro-resistivity imaging logging.The experiment results showed that amplitude of the sine wave can meet the requirements of Acquisition Circuit and SNR of the sine wave can meet the requirements for Data Processing Circuit.The transmitting circuit has been successfully applied in actual tool and good effect were achieved.
