摘要
能源装备制造业是国家经济发展和社会安全稳定的支柱产业,通过对我国国情的分析,按人均用电量的方法,预测了2020年国家对电力的需求,提出了为实现能源装备制造业的可持续发展的战略思路,为发展低碳电力,提出了火电、核电、水电、风电、太阳能发电、输变电发展途径的技术路线图,给国家和地方政府提出了应采取的对策。
Energy equipment manufacturing industry is one of the pillar industries for development of national economy and maintenance of social stability.Based on analysis of current national conditions and in accordance with the estimation of power consumption per capita,domestic power demand in 2020 is forecasted,while strategic thinkings proposed for sustainable development of the energy equipment manufacturing industry,and technology roadmaps put forward for low carbon development of the thermal,nuclear,water,wind and solar power generation as well as of the power transmission technique.Furthermore,countermeasures that should be taken by central and local governments are also suggested.
