介绍了ZGM133G中速磨煤机的主要特点,并从风煤比、磨辊加载力、动态分离器转速、磨煤机进出口压差等四个方面介绍了该磨煤机的运行特性,对调试中暴露出的问题,包括一次风量的控制、定变加载压力的控制、旋转分离器转速和磨煤机进出口压差的控制提出了解决方案。
An introduction is being presented to main features of ZGM133G medium speed coal mill,while its operation characteristics described from the aspects of air-coal ratio,loading force of mill,rotary speed of cyclone separator and pressure differential between mill inlet and outlet.Countermeasures are put forward for solving problems found during commissioning period,concerning the control for primary air volume,cyclone separator speed and pressure differential between mill inlet and outlet.
