The first creditors' meeting was held by Hunan Taizinai Group on December 4,2010.Although the meeting organizer claims that Taizinai had made important progress in restructuring,the fact remains that Taizinai is faced with difficulties.Its' production-teaching-research-sales' system is damaged and the sales of products declines;The company's founder and large shareholder is absent from the critical meeting,whereas the identity and capability of the trust company is doubted;The complicated relationship between the local government and Taizinai is too remarkable to be ignored;The huge debt is too great a barrier to cross before the restructuring.No matter what a path Taizinai may choose to take,it has to face the huge debts.The first creditors' meeting released the information about the company's creditors' rights and assets conditions,but did not answer the question as to how to liquidate the debts,which was disappointing to some creditors.Some people hold that the liquidation percentage may be too low to satisfy the creditors according to the current situation.But it may be worse if the company fails in restructuring and undergoes bankruptcy liquidation.
