摘要
以福建柏为实验材料， 从多方面探讨提取高纯度、大分子量模板 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 的最佳处理方法， 进而总结出一般植物模板 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 提取的关键步骤。
Taking Fokienia hodginsii as the experimental material,the optimal treatment method to extract the template DNA with high purity and macromolecular weight was approached from the multiple respects and then the key steps of extracting the template DNA of common plants were summarized.
