摘要
用乙醇对大叶胡颓子叶进行提取,研究提物对5种常见的呼吸道感染菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克氏杆菌、鲍曼不动杆菌)的体外抑菌作用。结果表明:大叶胡颓子叶提取物对5种供试菌皆有较强的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为3.332~6.667mg/mL,可为研制开发抗菌消炎新药物提供参考依据。
Taking alcohol as extracting agent leaf of Elaeagnus macrophylla Thunb were extracted from it,the in vitro bacteriostasis of the above extracts on against five kinds of common respiratory infections(Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,K.pneumoniae,A.baumanii)were studied.The results showed that extracts of Elaeagnus macrophylla Thunb leaf were all had better inhibition,and the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)was 3.332~6.667 mg/mL,it provided a reference for the research and development of new antimicrobial anti-inflammatory drugs.
