电子政务多渠道递送公共服务——对澳大利亚Centrelink的案例研究 被引量:5

摘要 公共服务是电子政务建设的出发点和落脚点。Centrelink主要采用四种类型的服务渠道,利用"人生事件模型"进行服务流程整合。研究分析指出,我国在推进公共服务领域的电子政务建设过程中,应注意整合服务渠道,多渠道提供公共服务;持续地"以用户为中心;"建立互联服务网络,优化服务流程,提高服务质量。
