摘要
针对克拉玛依-独山子管道克独三管冬季安全运行的需要,考察了不同处理温度和加剂量下KD-1降凝剂对北疆0号油、陆石混油和车排子油的处理效果,结果表明:该剂降凝降粘效果良好,而且具有很强的稳定性和广谱性。在克独377管和克独三管进行了加剂输送的现场试验:陆石混油经过泵剪切或与车排子油掺混后,凝点反弹幅度较大,只能满足总站-四站管段的输送工艺要求,不能满足四站和六站同时停炉的输送工艺要求;克独三管添加KD-1降凝剂输送北疆0号油在技术上可行,经济上合理,可节约费用200×104元/a以上。现场试验总结了简易计量泵标定经验,发现了取样和测试过程中油温回升对原油加剂降凝效果的影响,对现实生产具有一定的指导意义。
Considering running safety of Karamay-Dushanzi Crude Oil Pipeline III(KDIII),the performances of pour point depressant(PPD)KD-1 for North Xinjiang #0 oil(NJ0),Lushi mixed oil(LM)and Chepaizi oil(CPZ)have been tested under different treatment temperature and dose contents. The results show that performance of this PPD is pretty good,stable and wide-adaptable. The PPD has been added in the pipeline KDIII and KD #377 as field experiments,and the results show that the pour point of the mixed oil of LM sheared by pump and CPZ have re-risen so much,which cannot meet the running demands of shutting down the 4th and 6th station HTM heater,but can meet the demands of the main station to 4th station section only. It is feasible and reasonable to add KD-1 in KDIII in economy and technology,and more than 200×104 RMB/yr will be saved. The usage of metering pump is summarized. It is also found that the temperature’s pickup during sampling and testing has an effect on the PPD performance. And all of these are important for actual running of pipeline.
