隐源性机化性肺炎1例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 患者,男,68岁,因＂咳嗽、咳痰伴胸闷、气急1个月＂于2010年2月18日入院。患者1个月前无明显诱因下出现咳嗽、咳痰,多为白黏痰,伴活动后胸闷、气急,在当地医院查胸部CT提示左肺上叶舌段及下叶前基底段感染性病变,并以青霉素抗感染6天后症状无改善,转入我院。体格检查：
