摘要
目的和方法:缺锌饲养大鼠5 周,复制缺锌模型,采用免疫组化染色观察缺锌对阴茎海绵体一氧化氮合酶Ⅰ(NOS1) 的影响。结果:缺锌组大鼠生长发育迟缓,血浆及睾丸内睾酮含量和阴茎海绵体NOS1 水平显著低于锌适量组和对饲组。结论:锌缺乏可抑制睾酮合成,降低阴茎海绵体NOS1
AIM and METHODS: Thirty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups which were given the synthetic diets for 5 weeks.The effect of zinc deficiency (ZD)on nitric oxide synthase Ⅰ(NOS 1)in the corpus cavernosum penis (CCP) was observed by means of immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:Zinc contents in plasma and organs of ZD rats decreased significantly.The growth and development were retarded.The contents of testosterone in plasma and testis,and NOS 1 level in CCP of ZD group were all lower than those of adequate zinc fed (AF) or pair-fed (PF) groups.Testosterone content in testis and NOS 1 level in CCP of PF group were lower,compared with AF group.CONCLUSION:Zinc deficiency could inhibit testosterone synthesis and reduce NOS 1level in CCP,which is due to a combination of a non-specific effect caused by the low food intake and a specific effect due to zinc deficiency.
