缬沙坦联合阿托伐汀治疗对慢性肾脏病患者脉搏波速度的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察缬沙坦胶囊联合阿托伐汀对慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者脉搏波速度(PWV)的影响。方法将96例CKD伴有高血压患者分别应用缬沙坦胶囊联合阿托伐汀(治疗组)及单独口服缬沙坦(对照组)治疗6个月。治疗前后分别评价两组患者PWV、血压、心率、服药状况及不良反应,并检测血脂、肾功能等生化指标。结果治疗后,两组PWV、血脂均有改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组血压均下降明显(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合阿托伐汀治疗可以改善CKD患者PWV。
