免振自密实混凝土在后浇带施工中的应用

摘要 后浇带施工中充分利用了自密实混凝土的高保塑性,具有在浇筑时仅靠自身重力作用而无离析、无须任何振捣即能达到自动流平、密实充填并包裹钢筋的效果,硬化后形成均匀密实的混凝土结构。结构后浇带影响工程正常施工的问题得到了解决,保证了工程的施工进度和质量。 The high slump-loss retarding property of self-compaction concrete is used effectively in the construction of post-pouring belt. During pouring, concrete can be automatically flattened, compactly filled and tightly wrapped around the steel bar under the action of its own gravity without any isolation and vibration, uniform and compacted concrete structure is formed after the concrete is hardened. The problem that structural post-pouring belt affects the normal construction is successfully solved, and engineering construction schedule and quality are guaranteed.
