摘要
超长大体积混凝土底板易产生过多有害裂缝,通过从结构设计、混凝土原材料的选择、混凝土的配合比优化、混凝土施工工法、混凝土的保温和保湿养护及混凝土温度监控等方面进行了分析与研究,总结了防治大体积混凝土承台底板裂缝的施工措施,有一定的可行性与可操作性。
Excessive harmful cracks may easily appear on super-long massive concrete bottom plate. Analysis and researches are made on various aspects, such as structural design, selection of concrete raw material, optimization of concrete mixing proportion, and monitoring on concrete construction technique, thermal retardation and moisture protection curing of concrete, as well as concrete temperature, etc. Construction measures are summarized for prevention and treatment of cracks on massive concrete platform bottom plate, and these measures have certain feasibility and operability.
