铁氧化菌去除Fe^(2+)条件的探究 被引量:2

摘要 对1株分离自福州地下水的铁氧化细菌的生长曲线及Fe2+去除曲线进行测定,并进一步分析不同条件对Fe2+去除效果的影响.结果表明:温度22~28℃,pH值7~8,装液量为250 mL三角瓶装20~60 mL培养液,Fe2+小于50 mg/L时,该菌株对Fe2+的去除效果最好. A iron-oxidizing bacteria isolated from the groundwater of Fuzhou was showed its growth curve and removal curve of Fe^2+.Experiments were accessed to analyse the removal efficiency under different conditions.The results showed that the best removal efficiency results were achieved with 20~60 mL cultivation liquid(250 mL capacity erlenmeyer flasks),at 22~28 ℃,whill the pH range 7~8,the Fe^2+ concentration less to 50 mg/L.
